Important Information about Christmas Dream Rehearsals and Performances
We are excited to continue our tradition of performing our original ballet of A Christmas Dream! This year we are introducing Graycee Preece as The Little Girl and we are excited to take her character on another fun and unique adventure.
Please read through the below information carefully. All rehearsals and performances are required for ALL students.
Finale Rehearsal – Saturday, December 14, 2024
1:30-2:00 p.m. – Students do not need hair and makeup for this rehearsal. Please arrive in regular ballet class attire.
Dress Rehearsal – Monday, December 16, 2024
Students need to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled rehearsal time with hair and makeup to warm up and get their costumes on.
- 5:00 p.m. – Basic 2, Basic 3, Advanced, Centre
- 6:00 p.m. – Advanced, Adults, Basic 1, Centre, Intermediate 2
- 7:00 p.m. – Kinderdance, Elementary, Intermediate 2, Advanced, Centre, Basic 3
Performances – December 17-18, 2024
Curtain opens at 7:00 p.m. Dancers must arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. to prepare for the performance.
Reminders:
- Students are allowed to bring a quiet activity to do backstage before and after they perform.
- Students will need to stay in the small studio for the duration of the performance.
- No food or drink is allowed backstage except for a personal water bottle filled with water only.
