Registration Policies
Current/continuing students must complete the Ballet Center Utah, Inc. registration form for the current year and pay their tuition online or in person prior to beginning classes.
New students should fill out the New Student Placement form and pay the $20 non-refundable placement fee. A member of our staff will contact you to schedule a placement class once we receive this form.
Performance Policies
Our students have the opportunity to participate in multiple performances throughout the year. Dancers will have the opportunity to wear costumes from our collection for performances at no additional cost..
All students are required to remove any unnecessary jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets, piercings, etc.) for performances to keep a uniform look while on stage. Please note that there may be times when students will be allowed to wear jewelry as part of their costumes as decided by the instructor.
No unnatural hair coloring is allowed during performances and any visible tattoos must be covered.
Students will also need to wait quietly in our backstage studio during each performance. They can bring a quiet activity to do while they wait as well as a personal water bottle (water only please). No other food or drink is allowed backstage.
We thank you for your cooperation to following these policies.
Health and Safety at Our Studio
The health and safety of our students, faculty and staff are our top priority. We have made adjustments to our studio and the way we serve you to help keep everyone safe and healthy by continuing to clean and sanitize our studio spaces between classes.
If you/your student do not feel well, please stay home to lower the chance of spreading germs throughout the studio. Distance learning option is available so our students can continue to participate in class even when not in the studio.
If you/your student comes to class with a cough, please consider wearing a face mask so that our students and staff can continue to stay healthy.
Thank you for your support in keeping our studio a healthy and safe place.
